In order for your unit to work efficiently and quietly the filters need to be cleaned regularly and replaced every few years. Servicing your unit regularly will increase it's life span and ensure it is energy efficient. By servicing your equipment you're maximising your investment.

A typical service agreement includes the following:
- Fit pressure gauges and check pressures of compressor
- Check operation of the system in both heating and cooling mode
- Check operation of remote controller
- Clean air filters
- clean condensate pump
- Test drainage system
- Check pipe work and insulation
- Inspect and clean indoor and outdoor exchangers (coils)
- Check electrical conditions
- Check all covers are secure
- Check air flow and temperature differentials across the coils
- Check supply voltages and running currents are to the required specifications
