Worley Parsons are a global provider of technical, project and operational support for engineers. Their London offices are in Brentford, occupying five floors in a six floor building.

They called in IOR Group to create a modern office environment from an empty shell for thier thousands of employees. During a review of suppliers for the climate control they contatced Rapid Air Conditioning. Having worked with them previously, IOR knew they could rely on them during this large project. After reviewing the space and systems already installed with Rapid, IOR issued a brief. The areas covered in this project are the kitchens, restaurants, reprographics facilities, general office space, server rooms and reception areas.

Due to the many functions and requirements of these different areas the systems were designed around the spaces, cassette units were used in the kitchen, ducted system in restaurant, extraction systems in kitchen, split systems in reprographics room, ducted system in offices and reception and split systems in server room. This was all installed in phases and working in conjunction with other contractors.

Some of the obstacles overcome on this installation were working within an existing system which included a major plant on the roof and modifying it to fit the new units that were required to accomodate Worley Parson's needs.

After Successfully completing the installations on time and in budget, Rapid are used to service and maintain all the air conditioning in conjunction with IOR Group.
