Pricketts Ltd, established in 1945 is an investment company specialising in commercial properties. They have an office block on the London Road in Staines with large south facing windows.

The building also has a flat roof and despite having reflective glass in the windows in the summer it gets unbearably hot in the main office and some of the smaller offices. The company decided to look into air conditioning to help make the staff more comfortable.

John Hoyes, office manager was looking into a number of air conditioning suppliers when he found a leaflet for Rapid Air Conditioning in the electrical wholesalers next to the office. After completing a free site survey, Rapid Air Conditioning quoted for a system which involved two wall-mounted Unico units and an under ceiling fujitsu unit for the larger office.

The other suppliers who reached quote stage quoted for a ducted system with the options to add on further outlets for the future. Rapid were chosen as John felt that the ducted system would have been cost prohibitive and be toom much for their immediate needs. He felt that Rapid understood their needs better and as such had detailed a cost effective system.

During installation the installers were clean, tidy and courteous despite having to drill through reinforced walls for the Unico units.

Pricketts are very happy with their air conditioning system from Rapid, saying for a simple arrangement it is more than adequate for their needs and they would definitley recommend Rapid to colleagues.
