As the sun rises & progresses around the building it adds to the heat load in different rooms. The system responds by switching from supplying heated air to supplying cooled air in the rooms as required.

In a single room if more people or processes are added the heat load in the room increases & the system responds by supplying the necessary amount of cool fresh air to maintain a healthy & productive environment.
